Madeleineは、Live PhotosからショートVlog動画を作成するiOSアプリです。本アプリは、ユーザーのデータを端末内に留めることを設計の基本方針としています。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが取り扱う情報、その利用目的、保存方法を明記します。
収集する情報
本アプリでは、以下の情報を取り扱います。
- ユーザーが選択するLive Photos: Vlog作成のためにユーザーが選択したLive Photosから動画部分を抽出します。これらのデータは端末上でのみ処理され、Madeleine開発者または第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
- 写真に関連するメタデータ: ユーザーの許可を得た場合に限り、写真ライブラリへの参照ID、撮影日時、元のファイル名を読み取ります。これらは端末ローカル、およびユーザー自身のiCloudアカウントにのみ保存されます。
- プロジェクトのメタデータ: 作成したVlogプロジェクトのタイトル、クリップの並び順、トリミング時間などの編集情報を端末ローカルに保存します。iCloud同期が有効な場合は、ユーザー個人のiCloudにのみ同期されます。
本アプリは、利用統計、クラッシュレポート、位置情報、端末識別子、広告識別子(IDFA)などの情報を一切収集しません。第三者製の解析・広告SDKは組み込まれていません。
情報の利用目的
取得した情報は、以下の目的のみに利用します。
- 本アプリの機能(Vlog動画の作成・編集・書き出し)の提供
- ユーザーが作成したプロジェクトの保存および表示
- iCloudを通じたデバイス間のデータ同期
第三者への提供
本アプリは、ユーザーのデータを第三者に提供、販売、貸与することはありません。ただし、法令に基づく開示要請があった場合を除きます。
データの保存
本アプリのデータは、ユーザーのデバイスおよびユーザー個人のApple iCloudアカウントに保存されます。Madeleine開発者はこれらのデータにアクセスする手段を持ちません。データの管理・削除はユーザー自身で行うことができます(アプリ内、またはデバイスの設定から)。

Madeleine is an iOS app that creates short travel vlogs from your Live Photos. The app is designed to keep your data on your device. This policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and how it is stored.
Information we handle
Madeleine handles the following information:
- Live Photos you select: Madeleine extracts the video portion of Live Photos that you select for vlog creation. This data is processed entirely on your device and is never sent to Madeleine's developer or any third-party server.
- Photo-related metadata: With your permission, Madeleine reads photo library reference IDs, capture dates, and original filenames. These are stored only on your device and in your personal iCloud account.
- Project metadata: Information about your vlog projects (titles, clip order, trim durations) is stored locally on your device. When iCloud sync is enabled, this data is synced only to your personal iCloud.
Madeleine does not collect usage analytics, crash reports, location data, device identifiers, or advertising identifiers (IDFA). No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are integrated.
Purpose of use
The information handled is used solely for the following purposes:
- Providing app functionality (creating, editing, and exporting vlog videos)
- Storing and displaying the projects you create
- Syncing data across your devices via iCloud
Sharing with third parties
Madeleine does not provide, sell, or lease your data to any third party, except when disclosure is required by law.
Data storage
Your data is stored on your device and in your personal Apple iCloud account. Madeleine's developer has no means of accessing this data. You can manage and delete your data yourself, either within the app or from your device's settings.
Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated as needed. Updated policies take effect when posted to this page. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Effective date" at the top of the page.
